Important Information
Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- All guests must go to the BRMC's North Gate to check in and will receive the directions to the house in their arrival packet from the gate. Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the gate closing for the day.
- The gate hours are as follows:
- Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm
- Saturday: 8am - 4pm
- Sunday: 8am - 2pm
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
Property Access
- Centrally located in the Blue Ridge Mountain Club (BRMC) gated community.
- Adjacent to the condo is a newly-built Fitness Center as well as a Clubhouse with a seasonally-open restaurant and bar.
- The Fitness Center is available for guests to work out during their stay. Fitness classes are available for an additional charge. Please contact the Fitness Center for a schedule.
- Guests can use community amenities during staffed hours. Classes are available for a small per-day fee. Additional charges may apply.
Policies and Rules
- This condo is part of a shared-wall community and has quiet hours after 9:00 pm on weeknights (Sunday - Thursday) and 11:00 pm on weekends (Friday - Saturday).
- No smoking inside the home or on the property. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- No events allowed.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy (4 guests) are allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Minimum age to reserve is 25 years. This person is required to sign the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- Children allowed.
- The communities of Mitchell and Craig in the Blue Ridge Mountain Club do not permit pets for rentals. No pets are allowed at this unit.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's, UTVs, or dirt bikes. For information about ATV rentals please visit the Off Road Adventures website.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- Complex is monitored via exterior cameras, no cameras are present inside of the unit.
Fees and Payments
- All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the facilities in the development.
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Fitness classes and some amenities/services (such as spa and massage) are available for an additional charge.
Parking Information
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- Free parking is available.

- Well stocked kitchen including cooking basics, stove, oven, toaster, and ice-maker.

- Washer and dryer available for guest use.
- Towels and bed linens will be provided.
- There is a starter set of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Hair dryers are not provided.
- Climate control is available.

Construction and Community Notices
- Blue Ridge Mountain Club Construction Notice: BRMC is an up and coming community and there are homes that are currently under construction. Construction noise may be audible from the home. Per the neighborhood's Architectural Review Guidelines, construction will be ongoing Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, Friday from 7am to 5pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays and the 7am hour is for quiet interior work throughout the week. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction. Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed.
